Soft enamel lapel pins. A die is created to match the image of your design. Your image is then stamped on a sheet of copper. Copper is a softer metal and allows the cleanest and most accurate reproduction of your design. Once your pin is stamped it will appear as a coin or "piece of eight" on the copper sheet and will need to be cut away from the copper sheet. Cutting molds are made separately, and the pins are cut to the outline of the design shape.

The offset printed style of pin is used in instances where a gradient of color shift is necessary. Using the offset printed process, we are able to print pictures, images and camera ready artwork using a 4-color process. The image is offset printed on the pin blank in your choice of gold or nickel, then a cleat epoxy dome is applied to protect the image's surface.
